Will I have to share a hotel room with a colleague?
No, everyone will have their own hotel room!
How do I share my eating restrictions? Will there be accommodations?
How is the meeting accommodating disabilities?

What expenses are reimbursable for the national sales meeting?
Travel to and from the national sales meeting is reimbursable. Additionally, Nanosonics will provide food and beverages during the event. Please note that the Nanosonics travel policy applies to all travel-related expenses.
Will I be able to expense meals while I travel?
If you are traveling during mealtime, you can expense the cost of your meal. This includes airport and inflight food purchases. Please review the Nanosonics T&E policy for details.
Will ground transportation be provided from the airport?
Will I need to provide a credit card at hotel check in?
Yes, you’ll need to provide a credit or debit card for incidentals when you check into the hotel. A small hold will be placed on your card, which will be released once you check out (minus any incidentals that you incur).
Whats the dress code for the NSM?
The dress for the meetings should be business casual. Any activities outside of the meetings can be appropriately casual. Thursday night’s Awards Banquet is your opportunity to dress up a bit – elegant cocktail attire or something similar.
