When looking at flights, plan to arrive in New Orleans on July 21 no later than 4:00pm to ensure that you are at the Welcome Reception, which begins promptly at 6:00pm. Departures can be any time on Friday, July 25. It’s approximately a 30-minute ride between the airport and the hotel.
